Said Who? is run by HireThomas, Inc. ("we"). This page explains what we collect when you use saidwhogame.com and what we do with it.

What stays on your phone

Player names, answers and scores are kept in your browser only. They're never sent to us.

What we collect

A device key. Your browser stores a random key so we know whether this browser has the Pass. There's no account, email or password.

Game counts. We count things like games started, rounds finished, which pack and how many players, so we know what people use. No names or answers.

Where you came from. If you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking tags (like utm_source), we save those tags with your device key so we can tell which ads work.

Payments. If you buy the Pass, Stripe handles the payment. We receive your email, the subscription status and a Stripe customer ID, and we use the email only to restore your Pass if you ask. We never see or store your card number.

Ad measurement. We may use advertising pixels (such as Meta's or TikTok's) on our pages to count visits, checkouts and purchases that came from our ads. Names and answers are never sent to them.

Who processes it

Netlify hosts the site and stores the device records. Stripe handles payments. Ad platforms may receive measurement events as described above. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We don't sell your data.

Your choices

Clearing your browser data removes everything stored on your phone. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@saidwhogame.com.

Children

Said Who? isn't made for children. You need to be 18 or older to buy the Pass.
