These terms are between you and HireThomas, Inc., the company that makes Said Who?. By using saidwhogame.com you agree to them.
The game
Said Who? is a party game played on one phone. The Starter pack and Classic mode are free. The Pass unlocks the other question packs and Swap mode on the browser where you bought it.
The Pass and billing
The Pass costs $2.99 a week or $19.99 a year (USD). Stripe charges you when you buy it and again at the start of each period until you cancel. Your card statement shows FIXLINE STUDIO, a trade name of HireThomas, Inc.
You can cancel anytime from Menu, then "Manage or cancel the Pass". You keep the Pass until the end of the period you already paid for and you won't be charged again. If something went wrong with a charge, email hello@saidwhogame.com within 14 days and we'll sort it out, including a refund where it's fair.
Playing fair
Answers stay on your phone and are never sent to us. Be decent to the people you play with. Don't use the game to bully or harass anyone.
Liability
We work hard to keep Said Who? running, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll show a notice in the game before it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
